Shipment Information
All orders are are shipped within 7 days of receipt of order if all items are in stock. You will be notified of stock at the time of order.
In the continental USA, we ship UPS ground whenever possible. UPS 2nd Day or Next Day service shipping is available for an additional charge. Upon your request, we can ship via the USPS or FedEx. Please note that different shipping charges will apply.
Backorders
Backorders are shipped via UPS ground/parcel post. To cancel a backorder provide the following information.

1 Full name, address
2 Order date
3 Product part number to be cancelled

Warranties
We work very hard to produce the finest products. If there is any structural manufacturing defect in a Burnwater™ product within the warranty period we will work to repair or replace it.
(Shipping charges to Burnwater™ are not reimbursed on warranty items). We reserve the right to decline any product covered under warranty that has been subject to abnormal wear and tear, misuse or abuse.
Please be aware that you a purchasing a hand made composite product and which will be subject to a limited number of cosmetic defects (fabric distortions, paint) that in no way affect the structural performance of the product.
Please call for authorization before returning any products back to Burnwater™. Each product returned under warranty shall be cleaned by the owner before returning it to Burnwater™.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm latest pricing or check your invoice for current prices. We are not responsible for any typo's or errors.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email Sales@Burnwater.comto request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color.
You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
