Shipment Information
All orders are are shipped within 48 hours of receipt
of order if all items are in stock. You will be
notified of stock at the time of order. |

U.S Shipping Information
In the continental USA, we ship UPS ground whenever
possible. You can have your order shipped UPS 2nd
Day or Next Day service for an additional charge.
At your request we can ship via the USPS or FedEx.
Please note that different shipping charges will

Backorders
Backorders are shipped via UPS ground/parcel post.
To cancel a backorder provide the following information. |

Warranties
We work very hard to produce the finest products.
Every product we sell is covered by a one year
warranty. If there is any manufacturing defect
in a Burnwater™ product within the warranty
period we will work to repair or replace it. (shipping
charges to Burnwater™ are not reimbursed
on warranty items). We reserve the right to decline
any product covered under warranty that has been
subject to normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse.
Please call for authorization before returning
any products back to Burnwater™. Each product
returned under warranty shall be cleaned by the
owner before returning it to Burnwater™. |
